WHS/OHS for Managers & Supervisors

It will equip Managers and Supervisors with the essential skills and knowledge to be prepared to fulfill their WHS responsibilities, effectively manage risks, and lead their teams towards a culture of safety.
Psychosocial Hazard Awareness Training
This training program is designed to increase awareness of psychosocial hazards in the workplace and equip participants with the knowledge and skills to identify, prevent, and manage psychosocial hazards.
Occupational Violence & Aggression Training
This half-day training course aims to equip with the necessary skills and knowledge to prevent, identify, and respond to OVA risks, contributing to a safer and more respectful work environment. The course integrates the SAFETY principles (Stay Aware, Act Professionally, Follow Protocols, Escalate Concerns, Take Precautions, Your Well-being), which guide participants in navigating and reducing the impact of aggression in the workplace.
NDIS Emergency & Disaster Management
In response to the impact of COVID-19 and natural disasters such as bushfires and floods, the NDIS Emergency and Disaster Management Practice Standard was introduced in November 2021.
